DIY custom address label tape

This post is BACK by popular demand! Our little DIY project seems to have quite a few fans out there, so we're posting additional details here.

Here at Akula Kreative, we're constantly racking our brains to come up with creative ways to present and package items. Custom tape is one of our favorite new trends, but we have neither the space nor the money to order HUNDREDS of rolls from a manufacturer in China. Here's our solution for small-scale operations :: design a 4" x 1" clear stamp and use it on any roll of tape that will accept ink. Of course, this isn't the fastest process, but the flexibility and relatively low cost is worth it. Not only can you experiment with different tapes, but you can switch out the stamp if/when your address changes. And, by using a CLEAR stamp, you can easily see where you're stamping onto the tape.
